The instructions are clear - I’ll tell you how many repetitions and sets to do. There’s also a video demonstration for each exercise to make things as simple and easy to follow as possible.


When you can’t make it to the gym, no worries! I have designed a home workout program to ensure you are burning calories and getting gains from the comfort of your home!


Your plan changes each week. This switches up your routine nicely and once you hit week 6, you'll repeat weeks 1-5 again but pushing the weights and intensity even further. You’ll stay motivated and engaged as you build your dream body and enjoy MASSIVE results!

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANS

Do not waste the time and effort you put in the gym by not fueling your body correctly.

As you progress and your body changes, so will your caloric needs. Your plan will update every 2 weeks to ensure you enjoy delicious food to keep you moving towards your final goal.

Hi! I’m Dene 


Health and Fitness has always been an important part of my life, primarily due to the fact that I played soccer growing up. At the age of 12 I was selected for the NZ Football Academy. Having an older brother to play against in the back garden at home made me very competitive. In 2007, I left the NZ Army and pursued my qualifications in Fitness Training from Auckland University of Technology. I then participated in an event that had a huge influence on my perception of fitness, the Bill Phillips “Body for Life” 12 week challenge. I loved this concept so much that I created my own version, Ultimate Body Transformation (UBT) 10 week challenge. 


After completing my very own UBT 10 Week Challenge in 2007, I used my own before and after photo to get 7 people on the first UBT 10 Week Challenge. Over the years, I have grown the challenge to being more scalable and achievable! Today, the challenge is a huge success and we have hundreds of participants take on the challenge each year at my own gym in Auckland, New Zealand. I could not be happier with the growth of my company, however, I am looking to grow my reach on people online and outside of my gym, so that I can positively impact more lives out there.


As there have been successes, there have been roadblocks and difficulties along the way. Managing four businesses can be quite challenging in the sense of not having time to keep myself in competitive shape. I would like to compete at the highest level in CrossFit, which is both my motivation and biggest challenge yet. My general health and fitness is very important to me, so the sacrifices are worth it! 


I want to use my Platform to encourage people who lack confidence in themselves, to start believing that they can make a huge difference in their lives within 10 weeks! Why I love being in the gym and fitness as a whole is due to the change I see in people. The changes to not only their physical state but more importantly their mental approach to life from there forward. It’s remarkable and incredibly encouraging for me as a trainer! 


My future goal is to grow UBT around the globe to promote how beneficial fitness is, by tapping into your potential and implementing healthy lifestyle habits. The aim of the Ultimate Body Challenge is to maximise results in a relatively short period of time and to encourage healthy habits that will leave long lasting effects on your lifestyle.
